The rain shower packs a punch, providing a solid wash after a long day. The breakfast selection, though limited in space, features a decent fry-up to kickstart your day.
The AC was a disappointment, failing to cool down the room during the night, making it a sticky situation after a late concert. Charging £16 for overnight parking is steep, considering room prices. the total bill quickly climbs with extra charges—£180 for one night seems excessive, especially when you’re often left stuck with stained carpets and basic amenities. On my last visit, key features like functional plug sockets and a working TV were absent, creating an odd vibe in an otherwise lively hotel.

I loved the contemporary decor throughout the hotel, from the spacious and inviting areas to the high ceilings and eclectic art. The thoughtful accessibility for seniors, including the lift system, was particularly appreciated during my stay.
A longer opening time for the garage door would help.

Had a great time with friends, exploring Cadbury World and enjoying the virtual tours. The location was perfect—within walking distance to shops and nightlife. There's a 24-hour bar and chill areas. A nice gym to stay fit. Definitely a great place for groups!
The air conditioning in our room didn’t work well, making it pretty uncomfortable during the warm weather.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
I had a decent night here. The room was well-appointed but could use a deeper clean. The hotel bar was a highlight, with great atmosphere and fun games. For a satisfying meal, head to the onsite restaurant. the pub fare is delightful. Just watch for noise from the street.

A lovely large room, super clean and comfy! The location is fab, just a short stroll to the action, perfect for our catch-up weekend. Plus, the decor has this funky vintage vibe that's just delightful!
Oh, but the pillows were flatter than my hopes of sleeping in! And I had to wrestle with the tiniest sink—seriously, I could wash my hands better in a teacup!

Great atmosphere with a nice bar and lounge area. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, and I really enjoyed the relaxed vibe during my stay. I stayed for one night to explore some nearby attractions, and the breakfast was indeed one of the best I've had in a hotel. the selection and quality were fantastic. Just a few areas looked a bit tired, but overall, it didn’t affect my experience at all.
